What's the difference between flake and decorative stone?
Flake floors use larger vinyl chips broadcast over the base for a bold, dimensional, higher-contrast look. Decorative stone (sometimes called decorative flake) uses finer, multi-size chips packed to full coverage to mimic natural stone like granite or terrazzo. Both are sealed under the same polyaspartic topcoat.
How long does a custom epoxy floor last?
A professionally installed flake system with a polyaspartic topcoat typically lasts 10–15+ years on a residential garage floor. Proper diamond-ground prep is what separates a floor that lasts from one that peels — and our installs are backed by a lifetime adhesion warranty.
Will hot tires damage the coating?
No. We install a true epoxy base under a polyaspartic topcoat, engineered to resist hot-tire pickup, the issue that ruins cheap roll-on DIY kits in the Arizona heat.
How long does installation take?
Most residential garages are completed in one to two days. The polyaspartic topcoat cures fast — we'll tell you exactly when it's ready to walk and drive on when we schedule your job.
What warranty do you offer?
Every epoxy floor we install comes with a lifetime adhesion warranty. If our coating ever loses its bond with the slab, we come back and make it right.
Can I really see my floor before I commit?
Yes. We bring physical samples of the blends to your free in-home design consultation, so you confirm color, chip size, and gloss in your own garage light before we pour anything.
Do you only do garages?
Garages are the most popular, but the same systems work beautifully on patios, casitas, shop floors, gyms, and commercial spaces. Ask us during your consultation.
